Anyway, if Jim Turner died without making a will leaving his property to someone else, then his sister Molly would be his heir and would take all Jim's property. (LIke you, I presume that Jim and Molly had no other brothers or sisters) If Molly predeceases Jim, then Jim's property will go to Nancy and Peggy equally. ('Primogeniture' has no relevance in UK property law, except in certain old aristocratic titles)
