"Practice or practise" - where the order seems to indicate the preference being for the 'c' version over the 's' version.
It may be that this is another one of those things that depend upon which side of the Atlantic one is based upon. It's just part of the local color, er, colour of the language.
But when it gets down to the fine print, it appears that both are acceptable, so go with the flow and do what seems natural.
Perhaps we should argue: "gray" or "grey"... Same sort of deal. Depends where you grew up.
Doesn't mean one is right; the other is wrong. It is just different.
