The 1998 “Sonny Bono” Copyright Law extending copyright for 20 years has been upheld by the US Supreme Court, according to “Time” of 27 January (the “Time” with Rumsfeld’s Blueprint for War on the cover).
Mentioned as affected are early Mickey Mouse & Gershwin’s Rhapsody in Blue. And Arthur Ransome?
