Guess who’s having trouble focusing today?

Here’s a question for Andrew C-B or Ian W (or other nautical colleagues). On the current Cornwall Cam site (photos from 2/13), there are a couple shots of Mousehole harbor. In the second of these, there is a lovely little light blue fishing boat with an interesting metal structure on the bow. Do you know what that is and what purpose it serves?
