This is what I can find from a ship yard lumber site in BC, Canada

Our lumber is boat grade (with a few small tight knots) but arrangements can be made for absolutely clear lumber. The primary stock consists of Western Red Cedar, Douglas Fir, Yellow Cedar and Sitka Spruce in lengths of 2-20 feet. Custom cutting for lengths of 20' - 40' is also available (sail boat masts). The lumber is typically milled in full 1" to 12" dimensions & is quarter sawn. Custom milling quotes welcome. All lumber is stored under cover and is air dried in cross breeze conditions.
