Here in mid-coast Maine, we're used to swimming in what most people consider to be rather chilly water - 65 degree F is on the warm end. It's often closer to 55 or 60 - that's a range of about 12.5 C to 18.5 C. How does that compare? I'm assuming the Lakes are colder.
