I laughed so hard at your Red neck version. Tears are rolling down my eyes.
I had missed it earlier, so my version was posted before I read it.
We have them at Uni level as well. They do not take their hats off in class, although I have found asking them lots of questions helps. When there mother rings them in class on the mobile phone, I talk to the mother and tell her how the offspring are doing in class. Works a treat.
But they are everywhere.
I went to a wedding in outback Australia once and the Father of the Bride spent the wedding day at the hall setting up the kegs. It was his ninth daughter to get married. I did not see him at the wedding
at the party he was dressed in a clean but dirty set of blue workmens overalls.
I made the mistake of asking the bride who was the old drunk in the corner -- very embarrasing.
At this wedding they had a hairest legs competion and I won. (they are not)
My prize was judging the laciest bra competion. It was interesting shall I say.
