I can confirm that, aboard "Nancy Blackett", aka "Goblin", the heads (UK) / head (US) is in the forepeak and is in fact a Blakes of Gosport "Baby" model - it has been pointed out to me, complete with the seat that AR actually sat on!
Let me add that not only Arthur Ransome has sat on the seat, I have too!
The Nancy Blackett Trust which owns and operates Nancy Blackett allows members to sail and even sleep aboard and I took advantage of that in 1999. Unlike the children, I did hear the call of nature after being aboard some hours!
