The words to Death and Glory and to Wild Cat Island are by Peter Dowden from New Zealand, he was one of the early leading lights of e-TARS when it was an e-mail list called Signalling from Mars.
He seems to have dropped out a few years ago and the last time I recall him, he posted something when he was in Japan.
