Having some experience of web sites in commercial operations I'll stick my head over the parapit and make the following observations which I hope are constructive.

In many organisations the web-master is primarily concerned with technical and layout matters. Content is the responsibilty of the owners of the information: those people that have the knowlege and authority to publish the information. If I were in Woll's position I would hesitate to set up a page talking about the role of the Litery Executors (correct title?)unless someone who knew (e.g. PeterH?) drafted it for me and thereby gave authority to what was written. This is particularly important with an FAQ section since the title implies that the answers are definitive.

On the index page Woll gives an e-mail link for updates to or comments on the the FAQ pages: why isn't this being used? I'm going to test this address by copying this posting in a private mail to Woll.

By definition one expects an FAQ page to be fairly static. I don't see this as a problem since it's main target is people new to the site. However I notice that the FAQs were last updated 5th August last year and not four years ago as stated above. I'm suggesting to Woll that he should update the index page to reflect this.
