My Fellow Americans, if you have struggled with all of the british Colloquialisms, or just the basic names used to describe money in the SA series, here is a small guide from my calculations

Bob == Shilling == 12 pennies
Farthing == 1/4 penny
Tanner == Sixpence == six pennies
Half Crown == 2 bob and a tanner == 2 shillings and six pennies
Fiver == five quid == Five Pounds

that is all that I think is mentioned, update the list if I have missed anything.

Mebbie this kind of thing should be included in the FAQ, for all us iggerant yankees.
