Thanks to Woll (who really exists!) for braving the flak, or should I say FLAQ. In fact, I have already been ticked off on this chatsite for not sending in a FAQ. I can only plead that I did not realise that we were expected, or at least encouraged, to send FAQs in to Woll. I will see what I can do, but Woll has already identified one difficulty - some questions are frequently asked, but there are no answers to them, frequent or otherwise. Can you have a FAQ without an answer? I am thinking mainly of the most commonly posed question of all (in my experience): why did AR not mention latrines in describing any of the camps (or heads in boats)? The answer is - we don't know. He mentioned other incidental details, so why not this? Did he think it improper, or just irrelevant?
I suppose a 'Frequently Asked Question' without an answer is not much use to anybody. So I won't be sending this in.
