Dear All:

I have been trying to explain to my beloved wife (who is American) the type of biscuits that are in SA - specifically the squashed fly biscuits as Roger called them. I have a lot of trouble trying to explain biscuit as here that name is used for something that is more like a rough scone.

Do these biscuits exist and is there a manufacturere web site?

In Oz we had a small hard wheat flour biscuit with raisans in it and I used to pretend these biscuits were Rogers. I think my eating record was a pack in about 30 minutes. I really miss those biscuits.
