Why, it's the end of 'Coot Club'.

"Old Bob laughed again. "Take ye through now," he said. "Tide or no tide, then the Come Along say 'Come Along', they got to come along."

And with that he towed the Death and Glory complete with Hullabloos, the Teasel and the Titmouse and the Margoletta's dinghy to Great Yarmouth.
