In case anyone's still following the "product placement" thread, while reading SA aloud to my wife, I discovered Grape Nuts (pp243, Godine) in their "breakfast-dinner meal" after night sailing (I didn't know you had Grape Nuts over there!), and many steamship lines represented by name in the stickers on Captain Flint's trunk.
