eerrrmmmmmm maybe Peter, but you have a lot to do with it ;-)

besides your contributions to it, it was also in some ways your idea - even if you didn't know it.
circa April 96 you wrote in S2M Newsletter #15 (which I came across on your web page, not being on S2M mailing list, not even being a TARS member) as part of your previous attempt to escape from your signalling duties:-
