d. Susan Walker surveys at an angle of NE to a point on a far pole, she moves 200 metres to the east and observes an angle of NNW to the same pole. What are the lengths of the three sides and the angles?
e. Roger Walker surveys the same pole from the same place and says the angle is NW, what are the differences in lengths and angles to Problem d?

This is a take off one or the survey issues in SW. My students (19 to 22) have a great deal of trouble doing this problem.

I did not think it was that hard?
