Sam's recipe sounds very tasty; but I'm not a very good cook so I get mine from the local Carribean grocery store. They do a really good spicy sort, the stuff you can get in supermarkets is rubbish in comparison. Getting West Indian bunloaf also fits in well with Titty's knowledge of sympathetic magic (making the wax doll of Great Aunt).
