you don't mean to say you missed the double AR reference on Midweek(BBC R4) just before this programme?
First John Vsomething or other's (director of "Deliverance") childhood on the banks of the Thames was described as like anidyll out of s & A, then Ben whatever his name is ( the posh one from the BBC reality TV show "Castaway") actually quoted Titty to the effect that the best bits of maps are the blank bits marked 'unexplored'
