The heading at the top of Spring Signals said Depatches, and that misled me, but I repeat; there are at least NINE typing errors on p16 of this publication, no matter what p16 was, and I notice Peter conveniently overlooks Mr Willis's error in his article, Review of TARS Publications, plus the typing omission.
