Yes, technically no TARS officer need be present, but in practice this would be highly unsatisfactory, as their reports (Chairman's, Sec's and Treasurer's) would have to be read out in their absence and they could not be questioned on them. An AGM of a company without any of its officers present is highly unusual. However, let's cross that bridge when we come to it!
