Ran a check on all twelve and the problem of Titty's "heads" is mentioned only in WD. Her problem seemed to be closely related to her very near thing with sea sickness. There were two places where her problem was mentioned.
Another type of head problem is mentioned quite a few times in ML, but that had to do with "Chopping Heads".
There were several references to another head problem, but that had to do with the boom swinging across somewhat unexpectedly.
