I agree with RichardG until he gets to "Alas, we can only speculate...." Why Alas? Speculating on the what-ifs and maybes of AR is a whole lot of fun.
Incidentally, I first heard of the publication of CITN (of which I have a copy that I'm not lending anyone) on CBC radio, when driving in to the university one morning. AR well-known enough in Canada to make it to the news! I nearly drove off the road.
