Dear Euan, I am a counsellor employed at the Estonian Ministry of
Foreign Affairs. I am interested mostly in the period of Arthur's
life he spent in Estonia. He played an important role in the process
of birth of Estonia's independence. His book "Racundra's First Cruise"
will be translated and published here. I am considering to write a
book about Arthur's ties to Estonia. Arthur married Yevgenia in
Tallinn, at the British Consulate. I am in contact with H.M.
Ambassador H.E. Ch. L.R. de Chassiron who has promised to help me.
Maybe, you can help me in my research. How can I get my hands on
the Ransome biography written by Hugh Brogan? I have been cruising
with my friends along the route of Racundra. One can envisage a
travelogue following Racundra's route today.

I have plans to visit London later this year. Maybe, can I meet
you?

I found the memoirs of an Estonian lady in the monthly "Tulimuld". She
writes about her meeting with Arthur and Yevgenia in Estonia, near
Paldiski. A.Laaman wrote about Arthur and his political role in
the "Birth of Estonia's Independence"(In Estonian, never translated).
