I think the only context that things like the "big read" make any sense is in terms of football team, flag waving loyalty. I love WitW, its a great book, in some ways, no doubt, greater than S&A, but what's that got to do with it? This is Tarboard. Get out there and support your team! Vote early and vote often! Swallows and Amazons Forever! to coin a phrase.
