It's marvellous. I've just finished re-reading it. Every time I looked out of the window I was disappointed it wasn't snowing.
I've just ordered myself a Cape edition, as my Puffin never recovered from being dropped in the bath by a friend I had lent it to at primary school. I remember not minding at all as it seemed perfectly understandable that you would have to go on reading it while you had your bath.
