It all depends on the blood circulation of said young female.
My own young female aged now 24 has always come out of distinctly cold water (she bathes in the UK!!!!)looking rosy and healthy while another close friend looks blue and red in patches even in high summer.

Well I'll do the experiment but only if Peter and the other experimenters also don black swimming trunks and are prepared to stand outside in a spring thunderstorm for an hour or two.
And as for bribery - I'm sure something expensive can be worked out...
