On the way to Scotland in the summer, I stopped with my family for the night at Holly Howe (Bank Ground) - the kids were almost as excited as I was! It was a beautiful evening and made quite complete by the sight of the Peggy Blacket setting sail from the landing stage by the boathouses.

I took some pictures which I'd like to share with you - I think you'll agree she looks quite splendid and it was such a perfect setting! To see her on Coniston took me straight to the books - it was going back to 1929 and took my breath away. I'd like to thank Peggy Blackett's owners for, well just for being there.
