Take a look at "Approaching Arthur Ransome" by Peter Hunt (Jonathan Cape Ltd, 1991). Not everbody
is happy with or agrees with Mr. Hunt in his assessments but pretty near everybody seems to have
skimmed or read the book and has an opinion about it, so you should be aware of what he says in this
book, which is or intends to be a critical literary assessment of Ransome's children's books.
