What you have described, a "Complete Companion...." has, to a large degree, been done. Amazon Publications recently published Jibbooms and Bobstays which covers most of what you are seeking, albeit not on a CD. I'm sure you can buy a copy from The Society Stall, aka Ted's Shop. It is well worth it.
