Quite an interesting one, this. I think most insurance would cover ARSON, so long as it was not commited by the owner(!), and that someone else was prosecuted. Remembering that at times non-human species have been tried in courts of law, and found variously guilty and not guilty!
Or could it be ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE.
some might call it an ACT OF GOD.
Does anyone working in insurance have any ideas?

ps "Non-Human Species" is politcally correct-ese for animals!
