we live in the valley that time forgot, between the Lake District, the Yorkshire Dales and The Forest of Bowland ( see picture linked from this page with Ingleborough in the background cf. ARs Autobiography IIRC) - our house is 104 years old - obviously quite young as I've lived in it for a quarter of its life...
