This was the subject of one of A. P. Herbert's 'Misleading Cases'. A selection of short, and amusing, litigations based on unusual occurances. There was a series on BBC in the 60's with Roy Dottrice as the litigeous Mr. Haddock and Alistair Simms as the judge. Mr Haddock invariably won as he did in this episode which I remember being titled 'Port to Port!'. I would love to see them again!
