The answer to the second part of John's question is yes - Georgina R S died in 1967. I doubt if any more details can be found about GRS's later life in Where It All Began, Pauline Marshall's book, which is a fascinating document but it deals solely with the sisters' early lives (I've just flicked through it to check). By the way, Pauline M (whom I know) insists that she was 'Pauline Smith' without the 'Rawdon'. 'Rawdon' was one of her father's names, and it was given to her brother Rawdon as a forename. Pauline points out that her brother was not called 'Rawdon Rawdon Smith' which would have been silly. Apparently, 'Rawdon' was added to the family surname by other relatives at a later stage.
