Good comments Jon - and I admit I missed the bit about "land based", but as I said all the reports in the local press around here have been refering to off-shore wind farms; this is obviously a new development.
As for Web site design, I too tried their seach facility and got nothing - so well done to Andrew for making sense of it. I use the Internet regularly and have designed a few Web sites for people, the worst thing about it is the language and poor navigation.
Lastly, nice to the see the quote from HGTTG, Douglas Adams would have been pleased at your use of it I imagen!
