From the technical side it would not be at all difficult. The big problem is, as always, who is to pay for it? Who wants a copy of "Swallow" badly enough? A local boatbuilder here in Melbourne built a similar boat for a park lake [rowing only, no sails] for a quoted $8,000 and lost on the deal. He reckoned that he should have quoted $10,000.
