Well they did it with Cochy. I guess the way to do it would be to found some sort of offshoot of TARS like the NBT and pay a professional to oversee the building of the vessel by amateurs who would pay for the privlege. There is, or was a firm in Coniston offering a similar service to people buying plans or kits from them.
BTW does anyone know of an organisation dedicated to lug-sail dinghies?
