Hi! I am new here, just found the Arthur Ransom Page on the net and having been a staunch fan since the age of 12 [I am now 41] and a frequent re-readed of the books, I just had to post.
I have read of the movie version of Swallows and Amazons in 'Arthur Ransome and Captain Flint's Truck' but have never heard of or see it talked about anywhere else, untill I saw the mention
on the video blurb on the homepage. Has anyone seen this movie? Is is fantastic! Good. Alright. So-So. or terrible? Does anyone know if you can get a copy of it in the US or where to
look for it? I am going to join TARS as soon as I can, and look forward to meeting everyone on line. By the way, are there any plans to start a mailing list for Ransome fans?
