My only caveat about John Nichols's suggestion is that it might be almost impossible to get a sufficient degree of privacy on WCI, given the number of people who seem to be swarming all over it. (Though I must say it looked very peaceful from the shore last week, probably because the high winds were keeping most people in port.)
