9) Has anyone seen a copy of the first printing (only) of _Missee Lee_ (Cape, 1941) in slightly textured dark green cloth, that is, the kind of cloth usually found on older printings of the 'Swallows' books? The only copies of the first printing I've seen are in a smooth dark green cloth (probably a wartime aberration); but John Cowen told me that he's seen (but does not have) a copy in the usual cloth.

10) I would appreciate hearing from anyone who has a copy of the first _American_ printing (only) of _Missee Lee_ (Macmillan, 1942) in the dust-jacket, so that I can ask further questions. I've seen only a proof of this, at Leeds, and am especially curious if there is any printing on the back cover except the small part of the illustration that wraps around from the front cover and spine.
