14) Could anyone who has _A History of Story-Telling_, London: T.C. and E.C. Jack, 1909, in its original binding, please tell me if it's bound in (A) smooth dark blue buckram (that's a somewhat coarse cloth), or (B) a dark blue linen-grain cloth; also, if the endpapers are (C) wove or (D) laid (paper is 'laid' if one can see, when holding it up to the light, the marks of the lines of the paper mould; paper is 'wove' if no lines are visible); and if it has an errata slip inserted facing p. [vi]?

15) Could anyone who has a copy of the _American_ edition of _A History of Story-Telling_, published by Stokes in 1910, please tell me if the publisher's name is on the spine of the binding, and if so, how it reads?
