Pretty certain this is the only such example (in the text, as opposed to dedications etc), as I remember noticing it 60 years ago (!)
As some of us were discussing Margaret Drabble, she makes a great deal of use of this (esp in her later novels), discussing where the plot and characterization should go (I'll bet there is a LitCrit term for this, perhaps MetaNovel..) .. I didnt realize this was a Russian trend --
