Did anyone listen to Monday's Afternoon Play on BBC Radio 4? It concerned Prince Alamayou who, after his father's suicide was taken under Queen Victoria's wing and at some time during 1879 was sent to Leeds to lodge with Cyril Ransome. At some point during his stay he caught pneumonia and had apparently fallen asleep in an outside WC and found dead.

His body was transported to St Georges Chaple, Windsor, in a glass faced coffin. A plaque, errected by Queen Victoria reads "I was a stranger and ye took me in."

I assume his death occured at Cyril Ransome's home but I missed part of the play and didn't catch the relevant part. Can anybody fill in the details?
