Hate to tell you this, John, but other UK cities are looking at introducing similar 'congestion charges' - I am told that there will be one in Edinburgh. The English Lake District has had a traffic overcrowding problem for years, but I don't think there's any proposal for a 'congestion charge' at the moment. Just too many cars in the UK . . . Oh dear, we're back to overcrowding again, which of course does not exist according to some views on this Board - ha ha ha ha ha . . . . .
