Roger Wardale's 'Arthur Ransome's East Anglia' is certainly available in East Anglian bookshops.

The East Anglian books are hard to follow except by water - but there is an Orwell cruise from Ipswich which does most of the opening chapters of WD, and there are trips on the Broads from the main centres - Horning, Norwich, Oulton Broad. SW remains pretty secret unless you have a boat, apart from the Wade.

Or contact local people with boats - such as me or several other TARBOARD contributors!
