I had to drive up to Norfolk from the East End of London for last year's TARS AGM. Allowing for a short stop for a picnic lunch, that took about 3 hours. The Wade is another 45-60 minutes on from there, even though quite a short distance.
As a rule of thumb, if you have no unexpected traffic jams to negotiate, and drive quite fast (60mph on the open road), you might average 30mph. That is in any case the speed limit in 'built-up areas', i.e. towns. 200km is 125 miles, which is in line with this.
