In Paris I simply took a cab to the hotel and was really glad I did.
I found the French people really nice and helpful which was the exact opposite of what I had been told to expect. I did see a great case of the Ugly American - bloody hell he was boring and inconsiderate. I had to sit near him in a restaurant. (Very nice food however and eventually he left) I wanted to say to him, I am struggling to write the Great American Novel of the 21st century and I needed a really ugly American character and thank you for the help in creating the character, but I held my breath.
The food at the Black Bull is some of the best I have ever had, he is a young cook but very good. I met him at Breakfast and told him I liked his cooking. His breakfast are to die for, then again so are the BG or is it GG breakfasts.
