Regarding Alan's suggestion to purchase from the Internet Bookshop:
Unfortunately, for those of us living on the "wrong" side of the pond,
they charge %40 extra for shipping to the USA, and I assume a similar
charge for us in Canada. I shudder to think what the addition of taxes,
duties, and customs charges, added by Canada Customs, would
do to the purchase price of these books.
So for the time being I'll just be keeping my eyes open at used
bookstores and the occaisional garage sale.
