In Coot Club, there's a reference to eel babs. Someone says that they're made like cowslip balls, and Dorothea is nearly made sick. What made her sick?
Also, in PD, Titty is careful in winding up Jim's fishing line as 'she knows what boys use in harbors for bait.' What do they use?
