Joined last week. Golly (!!), got it wrong re Trotsky. But how he connects us with the childhood we wish we had. And isn't it strange that a man who lived a passionate and highly political romance, should write a series of childrens books in which there is so little echo of adult passion, or of the political storm that he had survived, and which was gathering again.
